Ford currently serves as partner in Blackstream Christie’s International Real Estate, based in Greenville, S.C. He founded Blackstream in 2009 with just three team members. In only 13 years he has built the company to more than 150 team members in five offices with $670 million in sales volume in 2021. He has built the agency through a steadfast commitment to superior client service and a dedication to providing team members with the tools they need to succeed.
Additionally, Elliott is also a partner in SVN Blackstream, a full-service commercial real estate firm. As he guides his company, he focuses on the “next century, rather than the next two years” as a testament to the legacy he wants to leave with Blackstream. Elliott’s real estate empire includes a development portfolio that reached more than $1 billion in active projects in 2022, making him one of the largest developers in the Carolinas.
