Debra Owensby, former Real Estate Agent at Blackstream | Christie’s International Real Estate, has been promoted to Broker-in-Charge. Ms. Owensby has taken the place of Blackstream’s existing Broker-in-Charge, Joseph Gobbett, who has been promoted to Executive Managing Broker for Blackstream companies including SVN Blackstream and Blackstream | Christie’s.
Ms. Owensby has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry and has worked with a multitude of clients involving world-renowned developers like the prestigious Cliffs communities, as well as an expansive client list of residential home buyers and sellers. Additionally, she also has several years of previous experience as a Broker-in-Charge prior to joining Blackstream.
